On 5 May 1977 a legal notice appeared in the Sentinel Star newspaper for the parents, Robert Earl Elder and Paula Francine McDaniel to appear in court on 2 Jun 1977 for a Petition filed by Orange County for permanent placement and subsequent adoption to show cause why the Petition should not be granted. I do not believed either parents showed up. Any information regarding my brother would be most appreciated.
