My mom and I are looking for the child she gave up for adoption when she was a teenager. We hope we can be reunited. Mom believes he was adopted in either Jefferson or Dane County, WI. She seems to think the transfer of parental rights occurred at the Jefferson County Courthouse. She has filed an affidavit with the state of Wisconsin, stating that she would like her identity provided to her birth son, but this is only done if the son has also filed an affidavit. Any assistance in locating my half-brother would be extremely appreciated!
