Neither sets of parents wanted us to marry because Elaine was pregnant. Since Elaine was not 18, her parents insisted she go to live with an aunt in Ohio and put the baby up for adoption. A few years ago Elaine's son found Gregory, but she and her son refuse to give me the information on his adoptive parents or where in Ohio he now lives. I have never forgotten about him, but didn't know how to go about looking for him. I was told his adoptive parents were terrific, so I don't expect him to think of me as his father, I'd just like to meet him.
