David Eugene Kern was four years old when he was adopted. His mother was Lisa Smithers and his father David Kern. They lived in Portland, Oregon. He would have been adopted around 1972. He was my late aunt's son. My mother (his aunt) was 12 at the time and devastated to lose him. She would like to find him.
