Had a piece of paper with some info on it that I believe the biological mother filled out at the time of the adoption but lost it. From what I remember it stated that the biological dad at the time of the adoption was going in the service (Vietnam) and that he was mechanically inclined. I think it also states something about the biological mom wanting to be a nurse or something in the medical field (not quite sure). I also think the paper stated that diabetes runs either on Dad's side or Mom's side (unsure). Will continue to look for the paper and will be applying through the Ohio Department of Health to obtain the Adoption file in the near future.
