My mother was sent away to a home for unwed mothers as a teenager. The baby was most likely born in 1963, but could have been born 1962-1964. The home was in Flint, Michigan. I suspect it may have been a Catholic home, but don't know for sure. I have done a DNA test and it's on file on multiple sites - I hope to match with my older sibling one day.
