Below is information obtained from case worker from the Children’s Bureau of South Carolina.\\nMy mother was doing secretarial work at the time I was born, she was very tall (5’8”), large frame (150 lbs.), blonde hair, fair complexion and blue eyes. She was born in 1930 and of Sottish -Irish descent. She completed High School and 2 years of college. It is believed she might have been still living in the home with her mother at the time of my birth and was the youngest child in the family. \\nMy father was an Insurance salesman, age 27 living in SC, he also completed High School. He is tall 175 lbs. with dark olive complexion, brown eyes and curly hair. His family were farmers. Married at the time to someone else separated but not yet divorced. My mother did tell the case worker that my father knew of the plans she had to put me up for adoption and was okay with that. The case worker tried at the time to get her to agree to letting her talk with the father but she would not agree to give them his name.\\nMaternal Grandmother, was a housewife at the time in Rock Hill, SC , age 58. She was tall with reddish blonde curly hair and blue eyes.\\nMaternal grandfather died of a stroke at the age of 58. Occupation: farmer and salesman. He also had finished High School. He was tall heavy built with brown hair and brown eyes.\\nMother had the following brothers and sisters…\\n Sister - age 41 living in NC, tall and blonde - occupation graduate nurse\\n Brother - age 39 living in SC, drives a gas truck - finished High School and 1/2 yr. of college.\\n Sister - living in NC, occupation - secretary, college graduate, she has dark hair and dark eyes\\n Brother - age 30 - finished High School - fair with brown hair and brown eyes\\n Sister - age 28 - is an office worker- finished high School and Business College\\n Brother - age 25 living in NC - company foreman - finished High School\\n Brother - age 23 works in an office - finished high school\\n
