The father put his name as Albert Alsenz however, my DNA comes up with Alfred Sprague family and the Eastman family. and the Lane family. My DNA does come up with Alice Lane Alsenz. I found an Albert Alsenz with Alice Alsenz and sons Donnie and Jack in Kansas city, but the rest of the finds did not include the sons and were in New York mostly. My DNA came up with Alicemae Sprague Morocco and she definitely is related but the history ends with the death of her father who was Alfred Sprague. She seems very certain her father is not the birth father but you never know. Albert Alsenz was married to a Ruth Kniffen and I think the two sons mentioned in the Kansas survey belonged to Albert and Ruth. I talked with the former daughter in law of Ruth Alsenz Hartman Olsen. She said family lore was that Albert Alsenz was adopted from a Native American family. \nI found Alice Marie Lane Alsenz buried in Seattle WA.
