Searching for my half-brother, born as Thomas Clemens who was born in 1946 (possibly 1945?) Mother's maiden name was Marjorie Ruth Watts then married Frank Clemens (June, 1945) and divorced (Oct-Nov 1946) and Marjorie re-married Raymond Crux (Dec 1946). It appears Frank and Marjorie met in Pennsylvania and that Marjorie returned there after she remarried. Frank Clemens appears to have relinquished his parental rights to Thomas in Columbus, Ohio when he and Marjorie divorced. Thomas was then given up for adoption (unsure of date.)
