Steven Larry Young was 8 months at time of divorce between Father(plaintiff) and Mother which father filed against mother Sept 12, 1945 and divorce was final Jan 17, 1946 in Atlanta, Fulton County, GA. at which time child would have been probably one year old in January, or February 1946. Father was granted total custody of both children. He had one other child and could not care for a smaller child. It is suspected he was adopted in another state possibly Kentucky, NC or Ohio and may go by the name of LARRY, in stead of Steven Larry and may not know he was adopted. I know for sure he was adopted in Atlanta Fulton County, GA. I called Georgia Vital Records and from what they told me I believe he was adopted either in GA, or another state.
