Between 1926 and 1929, we believe that the unwed mother was sent to Iowa from Colorado Springs, CO where family was originally from to give birth (family originally from Des Moines or Burlington areas of Iowa, but unknown where baby was born). Mother then returned to Colorado to work and eventually marry. This boy grew up to father two daughters, one in 1967. Finding a bio father who himself was adopted is a huge task.
