When amanda was born her mother had drugs in her system so child welfare took her but they gave debbie the chance to do a case plan to get amanda back and debbie failed at completing the case plan. My father amnadas dad wasnt able to do a case plan, and my other sisters amandas sister and i were to young to even try to get her. We have been searching for our sister for years and have had no lucl and noone will help us find her.
